About the Role
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are centred around providing high-quality support to policyholders and agents. This includes:
- **Delivering Timely and Accurate Information:** Responding promptly and accurately to queries from policyholders and agents about their insurance policies.
- **Independent Problem Solving:** Resolving policy-related issues and concerns independently, drawing on your knowledge and available resources.
- **Customer Needs Analysis:** Identifying, analysing, and addressing the unique needs of each customer regarding their insurance policies.
- **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:** Implementing strategies and providing service that leads to high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Mandatory Training:** Actively participating in and engaging with all required training sessions to stay updated on products, procedures, and best practices.
- **Data Management:** Reviewing, recording, and organising written data from various sources to maintain accurate customer and policy records.
What They're Looking For
To excel in this position, Liberty Mutual Insurance is looking for candidates who meet specific licensing and experience requirements. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producers insurance license is a mandatory qualification for this role. While not strictly required, an Associate's degree or at least one year of experience within the insurance industry is highly preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the sector.
Crucially, you will need a minimum of two years of proven experience in a customer service capacity.
