• Building and integrating with external REST APIs to extend the functionality of the ExtraHop platform and connect it with other systems.
• Analysing customer network topologies and application stacks to devise strategies for acquiring high-value data directly from network traffic.
• Profiling industry-specific applications across a wide array of vertical markets.
• Producing technical assets and written collateral that support product enhancements and marketing initiatives, showcasing the capabilities of ExtraHop.
• Conducting thorough root cause analysis for significant technology-related problems, offering expert advice to customers for their resolution.
• Developing custom tools, primarily using Python and JavaScript-based APIs, to expand the capabilities of the ExtraHop product and tailor it to specific customer needs.
