Job Description

Noventra Group, a dynamic European-based entity focused on brand partnerships and commercial expansion, is seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join their remote team. This role is central to driving performance marketing initiatives for a portfolio of partner brands and commercial enterprises within the Noventra ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, with a proven track record of executing, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results.

About the Role

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in the success of various brand and commercial partner campaigns. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing, ensuring that all paid media efforts are strategically planned, effectively executed, and meticulously optimised. This involves a hands-on approach to campaign management, from initial setup through to ongoing analysis and reporting. You will be working within a remote structure, collaborating with diverse teams across different markets, making clear and concise written communication a vital aspect of your daily work. The role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage priorities and maintain a high level of organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns:

  • **Campaign Planning and Execution:** You will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across both Meta Ads and Google Ads. This includes defining campaign structures, selecting appropriate audience targeting, allocating budgets effectively, and implementing optimal bidding strategies to drive conversions.
  • **Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:** A significant part of your role will involve continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). You will track metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), conversion rates, lead quality, and overall budget efficiency. Based on this data, you will identify areas for improvement.
  • **Troubleshooting and Analysis:** You will critically review campaign setups, tracking mechanisms, creative performance, sales funnel quality, and landing page effectiveness. Identifying and resolving issues in these areas will be crucial for maximising campaign success. You will also analyse ad creatives, messaging, visuals, and offers, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • **Reporting and Recommendation:** Preparing clear, concise campaign reports and performance summaries will be a regular task. Beyond reporting, you will be expected to provide actionable insights and recommend practical next steps informed by campaign data and commercial objectives. This includes supporting decisions around campaign testing and scaling to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • **Documentation and Collaboration:** Maintaining organised campaign documentation, including changes made, observations, results, and recommendations, is essential. You will also collaborate effectively with remote teams in different geographic locations, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

What They're Looking For

Noventra Group is seeking a candidate with demonstrable expertise in paid media:

  • **Platform Proficiency:** You must have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • **Google Ads Experience:** Specific experience with various Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max, is required.
  • **Strategic Understanding:** A strong grasp of paid media optimisation strategies, comprehensive campaign reporting, and performance analysis is essential.
  • **Data Interpretation:** The ability to interpret complex advertising data and translate it into practical, effective campaign decisions is paramount.
  • **Budget Management:** Proven experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on achieving measurable performance outcomes is a must.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent written English communication skills are vital for collaborating with remote international teams.
  • **Work Ethic:** You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, adept at managing your priorities, and possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • **Attention to Detail:** A high level of organisation and meticulous attention to detail is necessary, particularly when managing multiple campaigns or brand accounts simultaneously.
