About the role

This internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience within a leading organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Creative Leads and Designers, playing a role in the conceptualisation and execution of creative marketing campaigns. The focus will be on developing distinctive and effective design solutions that align with OUTsurance's brand identity and communication objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into a diverse team and contribute fresh perspectives to design challenges.

The intern will be involved in a variety of design-related tasks, contributing to both digital and traditional marketing efforts. Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Creating and executing design elements across a range of media, ensuring they meet internal and external communication needs.
• Upholding and consistently applying the corporate identity across all design outputs.
• Continuously seeking to deepen understanding of the company's strategic goals to inform more relevant and impactful design work.
• Assisting with the implementation of design strategies from conception through to final execution.

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Communication Design or a closely related creative field.
• Proficiency in essential design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
• A dynamic, professional, and self-disciplined approach to work.

• Good presentation skills.

While not essential, experience with HTML coding and After Effects would be considered advantageous.
