The Role and Its Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and driving performance management processes to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant South African labour laws and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance in all HR practices.
• Championing initiatives that promote and sustain a positive and inclusive organisational culture, reflecting the company's values.

What's Needed to Succeed

MVP Ventures is looking for a seasoned HR leader with a demonstrated track record of success. A deep understanding of HR principles, coupled with practical experience, is essential for this role. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• While not essential, prior experience working within a remote or distributed team environment would be advantageous, given the nature of the role.
