• **Onboarding and Offboarding:** You will meticulously manage the entire process of bringing new employees into the organisation, ensuring they have a positive and effective induction. Equally important will be your role in facilitating a professional and respectful offboarding process for departing staff.
• **Employee Relations:** A significant aspect of your role will involve being a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, and facilitating constructive resolutions to any workplace conflicts that may arise. Building and maintaining strong, positive employee relations will be a key objective.
• **Performance Management and Development:** You’ll contribute to the frameworks and processes that support employee performance. This includes assisting in the implementation of performance review systems and actively supporting initiatives aimed at employee development and career progression.
• **Policy Implementation and Compliance:** A critical function will be ensuring that HR policies are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organisation. This also extends to maintaining a keen awareness of and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
• **Training and Development Coordination:** You will play a part in organising and coordinating training programmes designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, contributing to their professional growth and the company’s overall success.
