You'll be tasked with drafting, customising, and managing all documents pertinent to the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are accurate and legally sound. A significant part of your role will involve providing expert advice on employment legislation, interpreting both straightforward and complex legal requirements to guide stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Furthermore, a proactive approach to continuous improvement is highly valued. You will be encouraged to actively identify opportunities for enhancing existing processes, exploring automation solutions, and generally improving the experience for both customers and employees. The safe and confidential management of employee data is paramount, requiring strict adherence to data protection protocols.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary custodian for employment terms and agreements.
- Assisting Senior Specialists with complex contractual projects.
- Drafting, tailoring, and administering all employee lifecycle documents with precision.
- Providing guidance on employment legislation and legal interpretations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Supporting initiatives impacting employees in multiple countries.
- Developing and updating global internal documentation for contract management.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Safeguarding and maintaining employee data and confidential information.
