• **Financial Oversight:** Taking complete ownership of the month-end close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and the transition of these tasks from external consultants to an internal team.
• **Strategic Reporting:** Preparing and presenting consolidated profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports that span multiple international entities.
• **SaaS Analytics:** Tracking and interpreting critical software-as-a-service metrics, such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Churn, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• **Commercial Analysis:** Providing detailed budget-versus-actual analysis and identifying the root causes of variances to help refine the company’s commercial strategy.
• **Integration Support:** Managing the financial aspects of post-acquisition integrations and harmonising accounting policies across new subsidiaries.
• **Mentorship:** Coaching junior staff to build a sustainable and high-performing internal finance team.
