This collaborative environment means working closely with fellow editors, video production specialists, and UX/UI designers to bring educational content to life. A key aspect of the role involves designing learning experiences for a diverse, international audience. You will be responsible for defining clear learning outcomes, ensuring that participants gain tangible skills they can apply in their professional lives. This includes reaching out to and collaborating with prominent industry leaders and design experts who will share their knowledge. You will be instrumental in planning the content of these high-profile courses, working alongside renowned figures whose insights are shaping the future of design and AI. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to the upkeep and continuous improvement of the platform's comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all users.

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary editorial and design team to create high-impact educational content.
- Designing curricula and learning pathways tailored for a global audience, focusing on user-centred design principles.
- Developing engaging exercises, practical portfolio assignments, and robust assessments that foster active learning and skill acquisition.
- Establishing and maintaining high standards for all course assessments to ensure credibility and effectiveness.
- Contributing to the production of Master Classes by liaising with and incorporating the expertise of industry leaders.
- Planning and structuring course content in partnership with subject matter experts from leading organisations.
- Maintaining and refining existing course materials and documentation for clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
