Kruger NearShore LLC, operating as Rekluti, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team. This consultancy, focused on technological talent within Latin America, is looking for an individual to contribute to challenging projects and the creation of robust, scalable web solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Python, Angular, and Go, demonstrating an ability to work independently, influence technical decisions, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

This role involves a comprehensive approach to software development, encompassing both front-end and back-end responsibilities. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications. A significant part of your work will centre on developing services and RESTful APIs, primarily leveraging your expertise in Python and Go. On the front-end, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining modern web interfaces using Angular.

Beyond coding, you will actively participate in the architectural design and definition of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of various services, APIs, and platform components. A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code is paramount. This includes engaging in code reviews, contributing to testing efforts, and diligently resolving any encountered issues.

Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with product teams, quality assurance specialists, DevOps engineers, and other technical professionals. Furthermore, you'll be encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Experience with cloud services, particularly those deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), will be essential. There may also be opportunities to contribute to mobile development initiatives using Flutter.

What They're Looking For

To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Full Stack Developer. Advanced proficiency in Python, particularly for back-end development, is a core requirement. Solid experience with Angular for front-end development is also essential.

Professional experience utilising Go (Golang) for developing services and applications is a must. You should be adept at building REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. A good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases is expected. Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies is also necessary.

Knowledge of GCP and cloud services is a prerequisite for this role. While not always mandatory, prior exposure or familiarity with Flutter for mobile development would be considered a valuable asset.
