Project Manager

Spiralyze is seeking a dynamic and organised Project Manager to join their global, remote team. This client-facing position is pivotal to the organisation's success, as it involves orchestrating complex A/B testing programmes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these high-impact initiatives run seamlessly, requiring meticulous coordination across a diverse array of specialist teams.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Spiralyze, you will be at the heart of client engagements, driving the execution of A/B tests from conception through to analysis. You will be responsible for managing teams of approximately 5 to 10 individuals, encompassing specialists in research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, and analytics. Your role is to maintain momentum, ensure alignment across all stakeholders, and foster a positive, productive working environment. This client-facing aspect means you will be the primary liaison, responsible for communicating progress, insights, and results clearly and effectively.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around keeping multiple projects on track and ensuring efficient collaboration. This includes:

• **Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams:** You will lead and manage teams, ensuring that A/B tests progress smoothly through all stages: ideation, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• **Strategic Planning and Roadmap Management:** A key part of your function will involve contributing to the development and maintenance of a testing roadmap, typically comprising 10 to 20 upcoming experiments. You will be tasked with articulating the rationale behind the testing strategy, setting clear expectations for clients and internal teams, and presenting progress and outcomes during regular client meetings.
• **Client and Team Communication:** You will serve as the central point of contact for both external clients and internal teams. This requires a proactive approach to communication, ensuring clarity, maintaining positivity, and driving projects forward with energy and purpose.
