End Controller(Internal Applications Only- Olieven)

Ensure relevant documentation for all transactions is checked and recorded when stock and / or fixed assets leave the Store or when Customers return stock.

• Ensure no goods leave Cashbuild stores without the relevant documentation.
• Complete correct and full documentation.
• Capture correct date, time, sequence, and signature on documents.
• Record all Customer returns correctly in the End Controller book and authorise them.
• Ensure a backup employee is available for the area of responsibility during shift changes, lunch, and tea breaks.
• Sign the End Control keys IN / OUT daily.
• Close all exit / entry doors if not in use.
• Keep loading and off-loading shutter doors closed at all times when not in use.
• Report all suspicious behaviour and vehicles that could pose a risk to Cashbuild and its Customers to Management.
• Conduct random searches on Employees when they leave the Store.

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 (one) year work-related experience or 2 (two) years’ work-related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available.
• Must be literate.
• Must have strong numeric skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
