• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• A significant track record of translating business needs into functional code.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in modern engineering practices such as DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Broad experience across multiple IT engineering disciplines, with specialised expertise in at least one area relevant to mobile development.
• A proven ability to work within a structured framework, maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Demonstrated behavioural competencies including a practical approach to problem-solving, clear articulation of information, meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to developing expertise, thorough documentation, and adaptability to change.
