About the role

The Product Builder will be instrumental in shaping the future of Camunda Hub, with a particular emphasis on its enterprise and governance capabilities. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and validating significant user challenges faced by administrators, Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams, and enterprise architects. Success in this role hinges on close collaboration with customers, forward-deployed engineers, and internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of real-world problems. The incumbent will be expected to not only define product strategy through astute judgment and rapid iteration but also to focus on addressing the root cause of issues rather than merely fulfilling requests.

This dynamic role encompasses the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation through to deployment and ongoing iteration. Key responsibilities include:

• **Problem Discovery and Clarification:** Engage directly with customers, forward-deployed engineers, and internal stakeholders to uncover and articulate the critical pain points experienced by key user groups within enterprise settings.
• **Product Direction:** Leverage practical judgment and a commitment to fast iteration cycles to influence and shape the product roadmap, ensuring solutions are robust and address fundamental user needs.
• **Hands-on Development:** Prototype, build, refine, and deploy product enhancements, focusing specifically on the enterprise and governance features within Camunda Hub. This includes taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process.
• **AI Integration:** Effectively utilise AI tools to streamline various stages of product development, including generating initial drafts, planning implementation steps, accelerating iteration cycles, and facilitating learning, all while upholding a high standard of quality.
• **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with fellow builders and product strategy colleagues to transform innovative ideas into tangible, shipped product outcomes.
• **Process Improvement:** Contribute to enhancing the speed, quality, and overall effectiveness of the product delivery process within the team.
