Weekday AI is seeking legal professionals with at least two years of comprehensive professional experience. Ideally, candidates will have experience across a variety of legal practice areas. This could include, but is not limited to, expertise in contract law, litigation, corporate law, intellectual property, or regulatory and compliance matters.

A strong command of legal research is essential. This means you should be proficient in utilising standard legal resources, including databases for case law, statutory and regulatory texts, and legal treatises. Your ability to navigate these resources effectively will be key to evaluating the AI's understanding and directing its research efforts.

Excellent written communication skills are paramount. The ability to articulate complex legal concepts with clarity, precision, and accuracy is fundamental to providing constructive feedback and contributing to the development of AI explanations. Prior experience in creating legal content, such as drafting briefs, legal memoranda, opinions, or continuing legal education (CLE) materials, would be a significant advantage.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, is highly desirable, indicating an openness to and understanding of the technology you will be helping to refine. Professional proficiency in English is required, and you must be able to commit approximately 10 hours per week to this role on a consistent basis.
