Essential experience includes:
- 3-4 years of experience focused on improving reporting workflows, reducing manual intervention, and contributing to automation or redesign of analytical processes.
- 3-4 years of experience integrating data from multiple sources, implementing data quality controls, and producing repeatable reporting or insight outputs for business consumption.
- 3-4 years of experience working collaboratively with business, operations, or reporting stakeholders to translate requirements into usable data products and effectively resolve delivery issues.
- A substantial 5-7 years of experience delivering data, analytics, dashboarding, business intelligence, or reporting solutions, ideally within financial services, investment management, or a similarly regulated environment.
Candidates should demonstrate strong behavioural competencies such as adopting practical approaches, articulating information clearly, meticulous attention to detail in checking things, effective persuasion skills, and a commitment to developing their expertise. Technical competencies in continuous process improvement, data analytics, data compliance, data development, and data discovery are crucial for success in this role.
