Job Description
A prominent financial services group is seeking a specialist to drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. This role is central to embedding AI/ML capabilities across the organisation, ensuring that technological advancements effectively meet the needs of various stakeholders.
About the role
The core function of this position is to leverage deep expertise in AI and ML to foster the successful adoption and expansion of these technologies within the business. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical possibilities into tangible business benefits, working closely with diverse teams to understand their requirements and deliver impactful solutions. This involves not only building and deploying AI/ML models but also championing their integration into existing workflows and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of AI/ML solution development. This includes:
- Designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborating with business units to identify opportunities for AI/ML application.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML projects.
- Ensuring the effective integration of AI/ML solutions into existing technological infrastructure.
- Monitoring the performance of deployed AI/ML systems and making necessary adjustments.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in AI and ML.
- Communicating technical concepts and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contributing to the overall strategy for AI/ML adoption within the organisation.
