About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Platform Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Liberty's digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing plans. Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role are multifaceted, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be tasked with:

- Managing and optimising the performance of digital marketing platforms to ensure maximum reach and impact.
- Crafting targeted advertising campaigns that resonate with specific customer segments.
- Implementing personalisation techniques to create tailored user experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Driving initiatives that increase interactivity and engagement with Liberty's brand and offerings.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing presence.

- Contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing best practices across the organisation.
What They're Looking For
Liberty is looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in digital marketing and significant experience in managing complex digital platforms and transformation projects. A relevant first degree in Commerce or Marketing is required.
Key experience and competencies include:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in areas such as Programme Management, Digital Transformation, Web Platform Delivery, or Platform Migration initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale website migrations or digital platform transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to lead the migration and consolidation of multiple websites onto a centralised platform.
- Extensive experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), including the development of governance frameworks, toolkits, standards, and guardrails.
- Experience managing "lift-and-shift" platform migration projects, encompassing programme governance, risk management, dependency tracking, budget oversight, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholder groups within complex organisational structures.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including IT, digital marketing, content creators, UX designers, and business representatives.
- Previous roles such as Webmaster, Digital Platform Manager, Digital Product Owner, or experience within a web governance environment would be highly advantageous.

Experience Required
