Job Description
As an OUTsurance Broker, you will be the face of OUTsurance, helping clients navigate their insurance needs and ensuring that they understand their policies thoroughly. Your role will involve building relationships, managing client portfolios, and providing exceptional service in line with our mission to always give clients something OUT.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide expert advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Stay up to date with market trends and products offered by OUTsurance.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license.
