Project Manager - Software Implementation (m/f/x)

Makersite is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. About the role

This position is focused on the successful delivery of software projects that connect Makersite’s platform with the complex systems of their global client base. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that these technical integrations remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary conduit between the client and internal technical teams. This involves not only keeping projects on track but also developing the internal frameworks—such as standardised templates and methodology—that allow the company to scale its implementation processes efficiently. You will need to be comfortable handling high-stakes communication, providing regular status updates, and proactively mitigating risks before they impact the project’s critical path.

What you’ll do

Your daily efforts will revolve around the end-to-end management of implementation cycles. The role requires a balance of technical foresight, organisational rigour, and clear communication. Key areas of focus include:

• **Execution and Planning:** Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring all system connections are functional and integrated as intended.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations while providing transparent and consistent updates on project progress.
• **Resource Coordination:** Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure the correct skills are available at each stage of the project.
• **Documentation:** Maintain precise records, including the creation of detailed project goals, deliverables, and solution documentation.
• **Operational Improvement:** Participate in refining the company’s internal project methodologies to increase efficiency and maintain a high standard of output across all future implementations.
