• **Citizenship:** Must be a South African citizen.
• **Age:** Be between the ages of 18 and 30.
• **Education:** Have successfully completed a tertiary qualification in a relevant field. This includes qualifications such as Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in one of the previously mentioned fields.
• **Language Proficiency:** Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• **Employment Status:** Not be permanently employed.
• **Academic Status:** Not currently studying at any other institution or registered on any other learnership programme.
