What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

This is a varied role where you will oversee the full trainee accountant lifecycle, support recruitment activity and help co-ordinate audit resourcing. From managing SAICA training administration, contracts, reporting and trainee progress, to driving candidate sourcing, onboarding and career day involvement, your role will sit at the heart of the audit function. You will also assist with leave, overtime, payroll inputs, secondments and performance processes. You will enjoy this because it combines people, planning and administration in a role where your input will have visible impact every day.

What you'll need

A relevant administration or HR qualification will stand you in good stead, along with experience in recruitment and SAICA training office environment. Exposure to SAICA training regulations and article structures is required. Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage deadlines, detail and stakeholder expectations are essential.
