Key Responsibilities
As an intern in the Claims department, you will provide essential support to Claims Advisors, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, which may include:
- Assisting with the payment of invoices.
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim processing.
- Performing general office administration duties to maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
- Capturing new claims accurately and diligently.
- Administering the finalisation process for claims, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
