Requirements

Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance
10-12+ years' experience in FMCG manufacturing (essential)
Strong background in operations, supply chain, and production
Proven experience improving efficiencies and implementing systems
Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, costing, margins)
Leadership experience across multi-functional teams

Ideal for a strategic yet hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
