Job Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant — Drake Personnel

Drake Personnel is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to join the Bedfordview branch. This role is suited to a confident, results-driven individual with strong sales capability and client-facing experience.

• Drive new business development and grow existing client accounts
• Manage and service a portfolio of clients
• Deliver permanent and temporary recruitment solutions across white- and blue-collar roles
• Conduct telemarketing, client meetings and follow-ups
• Source, screen, interview and place candidates
• Draft recruitment ads and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct reference checks and post-placement follow-ups
• Advise clients on staffing and basic labour law considerations

• Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, HR or related field (advantageous)
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or target-driven consulting
• Strong sales acumen and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
